Lady Anglers Downunder has never been just about sharing photos of fish.
Every time you tag us, there's usually a story behind it. It might be a new personal best, your first fish on a lure, a species you've been chasing for years, a day out with family or friends, or simply a moment that made you smile. Those are the moments we love celebrating.
One of my favourite parts of running LAD has been getting to know so many incredible women. Through social media, events and time spent on the water, I've been lucky enough to meet many of you in person, share a cast, swap stories and watch friendships grow.
Behind the scenes, Lady Anglers Downunder is about so much more than social media. It's about building community, celebrating achievements, encouraging confidence and doing our small part to help women in recreational fishing feel seen, supported and inspired.

Meet Kymmy
Hi, I'm Kymmy.
I'm a proud mum to four incredible humans and "Ma" to four very special grandchildren. Family has always been at the heart of everything I do, and Lady Anglers Downunder is no different.
After spending almost a decade in Tasmania chasing trout, Atlantic salmon, gummy shark, southern bluefin tuna and more, I now call Tropical North Queensland home. These days you'll usually find me exploring creeks, rivers and estuaries with my partner, Chris, forever chasing a new species, a new adventure or simply another excuse to be on the water.
Lady Anglers Downunder grew from a simple idea: women deserve to have their achievements celebrated and their stories told.
Whether it's a first fish, a new personal best, an unforgettable adventure or a quiet afternoon on the water, every experience matters. I'm incredibly proud to shine a light on the amazing women in our community and help inspire others to pick up a rod, give it a go and create their own stories.
